Article 1 \u2013 Reservation Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All reservations must be confirmed in writing (fax or email with signature) and accompanied by a deposit payment of 70 % with a minimum of one night per room reserved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The duration (as well as the number of people) must be respected and, in the event of a shortened stay, the price will remain due without possibility of refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The balance of the price, as well as the services, must be paid on the agreed departure day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The communal dining table is only available with prior reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Animals may be admitted upon prior request and commitment to guarantee against any potential disturbance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2 \u2013 Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer must personally arrange for the purchase of an insurance policy guaranteeing cancellation, bearing in mind that these guarantees are generally included in the bank cardholder contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reservation is non-cancellable in sentence 2, therefore the deposit will be retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 3 \u2013 Departure and arrival times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For organizational reasons, rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 12 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturally, these times can be adjusted upon request and subject to sufficient time to best prepare the rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The common areas can be used for any waiting before rooms are made available or after they are vacated, to allow guests to enjoy their stay.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
