Article 1 – Reservation Contract
All reservations must be confirmed in writing (fax or email with signature) and accompanied by a deposit payment of 70 % with a minimum of one night per room reserved.
The duration (as well as the number of people) must be respected and, in the event of a shortened stay, the price will remain due without possibility of refund.
The balance of the price, as well as the services, must be paid on the agreed departure day.
The communal dining table is only available with prior reservation.
Animals may be admitted upon prior request and commitment to guarantee against any potential disturbance.
Article 2 – Cancellation
The customer must personally arrange for the purchase of an insurance policy guaranteeing cancellation, bearing in mind that these guarantees are generally included in the bank cardholder contract.
The reservation is non-cancellable in sentence 2, therefore the deposit will be retained.
Article 3 – Departure and arrival times
For organizational reasons, rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 12 p.m.
Naturally, these times can be adjusted upon request and subject to sufficient time to best prepare the rooms.
The common areas can be used for any waiting before rooms are made available or after they are vacated, to allow guests to enjoy their stay.
